Sheep HUNTS

Sheep hunting is our passion, something about the sheep of the world that cannot be denied. Typically you either love sheep hunting or you hate it. Sheep hunting opportunities exist across the planet and range from mild to extreme in physical, mental and gear requirements. From Alaska to Azerbaijan and everywhere in between. From the sweeping horns of the Marco Polo rams to the hot, humid Hawaiian Mouflon. The vast majority of sheep hunts are conducted in the fall, generally from July to December. As with everything in life there are a few exceptions. Only one thing for certain on every sheep hunt, you will see and experience some of the most magnificent country this planet has to offer.

Sheep hunting will take you from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows and back again, sometimes multiple times a day. Sheep hunts are physically and mentally demanding endeavors that will test you on almost every level. While it is important to be in the best shape you can be in, it is far more important to be mentally prepared. You may experience any or ALL of these on a sheep hunt: rain, snow, sleet, high winds, river crossings, weather delays, bears, heat, bugs and much more.

Those hardships would all be heavily compounded by blisters, leaky tents, compromised rain gear, lost luggage, sore feet or worst of all the desire to quit. Proper gear and being familiar with your gear will go a long way towards promoting a successful hunt.
